FAQ

At what time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 3.00 pm and check-out until 10 am. Earlier check-in or late check-out is possible but depends on occupancy level and additional cost apply. In high season (mid-June to mid-September) almost all rooms are occupied and during that period early check-in and late check-out is not possible.

Are drinks included in the price?

The drinks are not included in the price, except for the filter coffee and tea and machine juices for breakfast.

Can I reserve sun umbrellas and sun loungers at the beach and pools? Is there any cost?

Sun umbrellas and sun loungers cannot be reserved, as the house policy is first come – first served. It is not allowed to “reserve” a lounger by leaving a towel or any personal item, please note that all such items will be removed. While sun loungers and umbrellas next to the swimming pools are complimentary, the ones at the beach in front of the hotel are with extra charge.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Is the hotel equipped with the facilities for disabled guests?

The hotel does not offer accommodation nor facilities for disabled guests.

Is parking available at the hotel and at what cost?

Parking inside the resort outdoors in the period from June 15, 2023 to September 15 is €10.00 per day/vehicle, and in other periods €8.00 per day/vehicle.

Parking in the underground garage in the period from June 15, 2023 to September 15, 2023 is €15.00 per day/vehicle, and in other periods
€12.00 per day/vehicle.

The hotel doesn’t accept any liability for any damage to the car or stolen items.

Next to the hotel there is also public parking lot which is free of charge.

Is Wi-Fi available? Is it free?

You can use Wi-Fi in all hotel rooms and closed and open hotel areas and yes, it is free of charge.

Is it possible to have gluten free food or some other special diet?

It is necessary to let us know in advance about your special diet requirements in order to be able to fulfill them. An additional charges may apply. Vegetarians will always have enough choice for breakfast and dinner and it is not necessary to notify the hotel about it.

Can I pay in Euros?

In Croatia, from  January 1st, 2023 the official currency is EUR.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all mayor credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Maestro.

Do you have a baby cot?

We have a limited number of baby cots and it is necessary to let us know in advance in case you will be needing it. It is free of charge.

Are bathrobes and slippers available in room?

No, those are available in Wellness & SPA and additional charges may apply.

What is the situation with COVID-19 in Croatia?

We inform you that epidemiological measures are no longer in force in the Republic of Croatia.

When will you open hotel?

We plan to open the hotel in the second half of April 2023. Welcome!
