The church of St Kvirin is an example of the Romanesque sacral architecture in the city of Krk and is dedicated to the patron saint of the City of Krk. It forms a part of the entire cathedral complex. Church originates from 12th century. In 14th century local people form Krk gave the money from the rent for the isle of Plavnik to “repair the church of St Kvirin in Krk”.
